Policies for Westminster University Performing Arts
COVID-19 Social Contract
I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, or (b) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.
Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show at least 48 hours before the originally ticketed performance. Contact the Westminster Box Office by emailing us at
General Policies
Parking on campus is free after 6:00 pm and on weekends. Please park in the North Parking Structure located on 1700 S. Accessible parking available on the ground level.

Late Seating Policy
Patrons arriving five or more minutes after the scheduled start time will not be seated until an appropriate break in the performance.

Sold Out Performances
If a performance is sold out, any patrons who have not checked in five or more minutes after the scheduled start of the performance may have their tickets resold to patrons on the waitlist.

Ticket Donation
If you are unable to attend a performance, you can choose to donate your tickets to the Performing Arts programs at Westminster, and receive a tax deductible donation receipt.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Westminster University Performing Arts). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
